Author Parashu Pradhan passes away

Kathmandu, March 19

Story writer Parashu Pradhan passed away on Monday night. He was 80. Prateek Pradhan, son of Parashu Pradhan, confirmed the death.

Pradhan’s final rites were done at Pashupati Aryaghat today. Late Pradhan started his literary journey with a poem ‘Jeevan Path’ in 1959.

Bakrarekha, Feri Akraman, Asambandha, Samundrama Astaune Surya, Pratinidhi Kathaharu, Euta Krantipurush ko Janma, The Little Buddha in Tokyo are his creations.

He is survived by two sons and two daughters.
